FAQ

What is Wingmate?

Wingmate is an interactive flying bird cat toy that gives curious cats something moving to follow, chase and bat.

What is included in the offer?

Choose Buy 1, Get 2 Free for three birds, or Buy 2, Get 4 Free for six birds. The selected offer and total price are shown before you add to your bag.

What if my cat ignores it?

Give cautious cats time to investigate and start with a short supervised play session. You’re covered by our 60-Night Play Guarantee: if your cat ignores it, or you’re unhappy for any reason, contact us for a full refund. No return is required.

Can I leave it running while I’m away?

Supervise play. Check the toy, cord and mounting parts before use, stop using it if anything is damaged, and put it away after play.

Does it work in a multi-cat home?

Introduce Wingmate with supervision and give each cat space. The three- and six-bird offers give you more birds to share between cats or keep as spares.

What if it arrives damaged or stops working?

Send us a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement. You don’t need to send the toy back.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Optional Premium shipping is available in the United States for $2.99 USD. See our shipping information.
