About Kitty Collective

Products and offers
We sell physical cat toys delivered to your shipping address. The product page and your order summary describe the selected product, bundle and quantity. Wingmate orders are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Promotional bundles include only the items described in the selected offer. Individual cats respond differently to toys; play, sleep and behaviour outcomes are not guaranteed.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your region. Your checkout shows the currency, items, discounts, shipping charges and applicable taxes before you pay. Review these details before placing an order. An offer applies only as shown at checkout and is subject to its stated conditions.
Orders and changes
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. We send an order confirmation after checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether the change can be made before dispatch. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled item.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for delivery options and charges. If your delivery is delayed or missing, contact our support team.
60-Night Play Guarantee and refunds
Give Wingmate up to 60 nights. If your cat ignores it or you are unhappy for any reason, contact us for a full refund. No return is required. If a toy arrives damaged or stops working, send a photo and we will arrange a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for instructions. These promises are additional to any rights you have under applicable consumer law; nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Using the product
Follow the instructions provided with your toy. Supervise your cat during play, inspect the toy for damage, and stop using it if damaged. Keep packaging and charging cables away from pets and children.
