60-Night Play Guarantee

Give Wingmate up to 60 nights. If your cat ignores it, or you’re unhappy for any reason at all, contact us and we’ll refund you in full. You do not need to prove that a toy is faulty.

You don’t need to send the toy back. Keep it, donate it or regift it—there is no return required.

Email support@kittycollective.co or use our contact form. Include your order number so we can find your purchase.

Damaged or faulty toys

If Wingmate arrives damaged or stops working, send us a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement. No return is required.
